What Adam Equipment is Doing to Help During COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting everyone’s life and changing the way we do things. As the situation evolves, we’re staying informed and flexible to better react to the changes brought about by the pandemic. Our management team has prepared several contingency plans that are amended as needed. We’ve taken the following steps to protect our employees and customers:

Social Distancing

Any employee who can work from home is doing so in order to help them stay safe and healthy. We’ve put our trade show and exhibition participation on hold indefinitely. Our sales team is no longer conducting in-person visits, but remain readily available via email, phone or video conference.

Resources

We make sure our employees stay in contact through various means, including frequent video conferences, virtual events and providing tips to help minimize the sense of isolation that can come with working from home. You can view our blog post about working from home here.

We’ve also submitted resources to organizations like NSTA to help parents, teachers and students learning from home.

Cleaning Supplies

Cleaning

Our offices are thoroughly and professionally cleaned to protect employees and remove potential contamination. Employees manning our supply chain and shipping and logistics departments have access to gloves, masks and disinfectant.

Updates

Our management team is constantly monitoring the situation and sending regular updates to staff and clients via emails and conference calls. We’re making sure our employees are aware of the latest developments, whether it’s medical information or government regulations. We’ll keep you in the loop and make sure we all stay informed.

Support

In these trying times, we’re dedicated to continuing to provide a high level of support to customers and our customer service teams are available to assist with any issues that may arise. We remain committed to providing people with quality weighing equipment at affordable prices and excellent customer support.

We’re still shipping products as of now. We’re working with suppliers to minimize supply chain disruptions to continue to manufacture our complete range of products. Our stock levels remain ample and we anticipate few issues.
